Refunds/Cancellation Terms
At Webluxe Global, we strive to deliver top-notch digital marketing services. However, please note that once a service is provided, we cannot process any refunds. We offer the flexibility to cancel your service package before its end date. In the event that the cancellation does not take place before the specified end date, please be aware that you will incur charges for the following month or year, depending on your package. It's important to highlight that all payments made are 100% non-refundable. We encourage our clients to carefully review their needs before committing to a service package.

International Clients : We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Frimi, Ipay or Lanka-QR on our payment portal. Note : 3.5% bank service charge apply.
Sri Lankan Clients : We accept payments via our payment portal or bank transfer.
