Social Media Manager

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage content calendars for multiple social media platforms.
  • Create and implement effective social media strategies to drive engagement and grow brand presence.
  • Research and identify viral and trending content ideas relevant to the brand.
  • Schedule and publish posts across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and TikTok.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments, and manage community interactions.
  • Monitor and analyze performance using tools like Meta Insights and Google Analytics.
  • Provide regular reports with actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
  • Collaborate with creative teams for content development, including visuals and videos.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in social media marketing or content strategy.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and audience engagement strategies.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights and LinkedIn Analytics.
  • Creativity and ability to generate engaging, trend-driven content ideas.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with platforms like Exploding Topics and TikTok Creative Center for trend research.
  • Basic design skills using Canva (a plus).
  • Experience with video editing tools like CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro (a plus).
