Job Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and social media.
- Understand and effectively communicate the agency’s digital marketing services (SEO, social media, web design, etc.).
- Schedule and conduct meetings or demos with prospects.
- Maintain and grow a pipeline of qualified leads using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to craft compelling pitches.
- Follow up with leads and close deals to meet monthly sales targets.
- Provide feedback on client needs and market trends to improve service offerings.
- Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a marketing or digital services environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services and trends.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated and driven to succeed.
- Proficient with CRM tools and sales tracking software.
- Ability to handle objections and negotiate confidently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field (preferred).
