Performance Marketer

Job Responsibilities

  • Set up, manage and optimize paid ad campaigns on platforms like Meta Ads, Google Ads and TikTok Ads.
  • Conduct keyword and audience research to ensure targeted and cost-effective campaigns.
  • Monitor daily ad performance and adjust bids, targeting and creatives to maximize ROI.
  • Create and test ad creatives, copy and formats for different campaign objectives.
  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop high-performing ad assets.
  • Generate performance reports and provide actionable insights to improve campaign results.
  • Stay updated with platform algorithm changes and ad policy updates.
  • Assist in A/B testing strategies to determine best-performing ads and landing pages.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of hands-on experience running paid ads on Meta, Google or similar platforms.
  • Understanding of key performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS and conversion rates.
  • Basic knowledge of ad campaign structure, audience targeting and funnel strategy.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite and TikTok Ads Manager.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint (a plus).
